To standardize contract management, unify contract templates, implement the online Feishu approval process, and effectively prevent legal risks in business operations, Chengdu Chenggao Valve Co., Ltd. organized a special training titled "Standardize and Unify Contract Texts and Approval Procedures" on the morning of June 4. Jointly initiated by the Company General Office and the Securities & Legal Affairs Department, the training was attended by relevant business staff from all departments of the company.

The training curriculum closely catered to the practical demands of the company’s compliance management. The company’s legal counsel interpreted the Contract Volume of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, and explained legal norms governing contract conclusion, performance and liability for breach of contract based on current laws and regulations. Combined with existing deficiencies in various types of company contracts, the Group Legal Affairs Department conducted in-depth analysis of hidden legal risks in non-standard contracts, followed by a demonstration of key operation points for the whole Feishu online workflow including contract submission, legal review and multi-level approval.

At the end of the session, Deputy General Manager Li Yong delivered a summary and put forward requirements. General Manager Li emphasized that contract standardization is the most fundamental corporate requirement. The supplementary legal contract review process has been piloted for nearly half a year. Together with the professional legal advisory team, the company has completed extensive research and fruitful work to standardize and unify contract formats and clauses. This training and publicity session was arranged in early June for the official rollout of standardized contract formats and categorized management starting July 2026. He required all relevant departments to take this training as an opportunity to earnestly fulfill their duties, protect corporate interests, strengthen awareness of legal risk control, complete contract approval procedures in accordance with regulations, and reduce potential risks at the source of contract signing.

The synchronized Feishu approval process serves as a vital tool to boost standardization and operational efficiency. All relevant departments shall take the initiative to adapt to the new workflow and improve work efficiency. The company will push forward the standardization of purchase and sales contracts and digitalization of approval procedures across all departments to avoid contract legal risks from the very beginning, and drive steady, high-quality corporate development supported by comprehensive compliance management.
